7. Honestly all I can say is very well done and sorry I didn’t see this sooner. Probably one of my favorite movies of the year. Only sad part is I can’t find the original version’s soundtrack…anywhere.

11. I first saw this when I was kid, I thought it was beautiful and I could relate to the innocence trapped inside the box. But after becoming a man you realize just how much of your identity really is the shadow of a broken child, and how much of your life are just the fantasies of that child acted out on a stage. Samhaine Tsuke is a timeless character.

12. Idk why but i feel a strange connection to this movie, I am unable to forget it, I remember a lot of lines from it, a true piece of art that i will always be a part of who I am.

13. Please come back to animation M dot. This is such a beautiful animated film and both indie animation and the world need more people like you. To show animators, who've been enslaved by corrupt corporations, a better way to animate.

15. Look, the entire thing is an experience but the last 30 minutes are a spectacle I know most people ive met have never seen. Something raw and pure. Wild. Fury in the form of animation. Something that sticks.

    La historia no es sólo sobre cómo determinados hechos concretos en un niño pueden provocar en su vida traumas psicólogicos; sino cómo a través de una irrisoria esperanza uno puede levantarse y pelear con herramientas para nada fantasiosas superar esos traumas.

    I just finished watching the movie and I only have to say that it is a masterpiece, one of the best movies I've seen. Thanks mdostrange and all the people who worked to make this film possible.
    
    The story is not just about how certain concrete facts in a child can cause psychological trauma in your life; but how through a ridiculous hope one can get up and fight with tools at all fanciful to overcome those traumas.

18. It's honestly baffling to me that this is free considering the overall quality. I always come back to this every year or so because it still has something unique and beautiful to offer, even after I've seen it as many times as I have.
